The pool facilities were excellent and well-maintained. The breakfast and dinner options were diverse and delicious. The hotel was located near several main attractions and offered easy access to public transportation.
While the staff was generally friendly, some were not very helpful or welcoming. The room was somewhat small and cramped, with outdated decor and uncomfortable bedding.

The staff was professional, and we had the benefit of just 5 minutes' walk right to alpentherme gastein. 300 feet away there is Cafe Schwaiger, where you can dine. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus...
No issues.

The food is absolutely superb. I am still trying to shift the five pounds I gained over five days. The staff are kind yet professional. The facilities are top-notch, with the underground tunnel to the water park being something I have never seen anywhere! A nice touch is the daily newsletter delivered to the breakfast table, giving the weather and a list of daily events. I had a great stay.
The wifi connection needs a drastic overhaul. It is quite expensive to use and only works, and then badly, in very specific parts of the building, unfortunately not including our room.

The direct access to the Alpenterme Gastein is great. The hotel's own swimming pool was open even at 10 P.M. (I guess it's open all night long)! The staff at the reception desk extremely friendly and helpful.
The room wasn't ready although we arrived at 6 P.M. The rooms are way too small. The hotel is hard to find.

The location was great, very accessible to public transport and the ski area. the breakfast was satisfying, and the freshly squeezed juice was a plus. the renovated ski room was safe and secure, keeping our gear in the best condition for the slopes.
The spa and sauna were not what we expected, and the hours were inconvenient. the minibar was unexpectedly empty, which was a big letdown for us.

My recent stay at a hotel in the heart of a charming town was simply amazing. the location was perfect - right in the center of the city with easy access to skiing and other winter activities. the reception staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious and spotless, with excellent bathroom facilities. the breakfast was not only delicious, but it was also served at a reasonable price. the hotel's baby phone listening system was a fantastic feature for those traveling with young children.
The noise in the street due to the garbage trucks arriving early in the morning was somewhat bothersome.

We have been coming back to this luxurious hotel for many years now, and it never fails to impress us. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the village, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the service they provide is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing stay. The spa facilities are superb, both in the hotel and at the nearby thermal complex. And let's not forget about the food - it's always delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this beautiful city.
